These forms are divided in 9 topical sections with over 120 forms available. They all deal with the storage of natural gas in depleted formations, under new leases, or under lands acquired for that purpose.
While it is common for gas to be sold at the wellhead for immediate use, it is becoming more prevalent, as the quantity of gas increases, for gas to be stored for future use/sale. These forms have been, and may be used by operators and companies to establish gas storage facilities, and to have that gas available at a later date (after produced) for sale.
