This collection of forms is divided into 7 topical sections, with 78 forms. The standard operating agreement forms have eliminated all the legalese to make each agreement simple to read and understand. The joint operating agreement forms are patterned after the standard 1982 and 1989 Model Form Operating Agreements.
In addition to joint operating agreements, the collection of forms also includes unit operating agreements, transition agreements, service agreements, and exhibits commonly found attached to operating agreements.
Even when using an AAPL form of agreement in connection with operations, it is not uncommon for there to be additional provisions added to those agreements. This collection of forms has a number of additional provisions commonly found added in to operating agreements.
